Homeyer Village is our Chapter 667 elderly/disabled development located at 7 Job’s Fishing Road in Mashpee (next to Christ the King Parish). This development has 24 one-bedroom apartments on two floors (no elevator). Residents pay approximately 30% of their income to rent each month; utilities are included. There are pets allowed (subject to the Pet Policy), and there is on-site mail, laundry, and parking.
Mashpee residents will receive a preference when applying. Use the Common Housing Application for Massachusetts Public Housing (CHAMP) form to apply.
Breezy Acres is our Chapter 705 family development located at 570 Old Barnstable Road in Mashpee (next to the High School). It consists of 6 three-bedroom units, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Residents pay approximately 30% of their income to rent each month, plus utilities. There are pets allowed (subject to the Pet Policy), and there is on-site mail and parking. Each apartment has a laundry room and outside storage shed.
Mashpee residents will receive a preference when applying. Use the Common Housing Application for Massachusetts Public Housing (CHAMP) form to apply.
Asher’s Path Apartments is located at One Carleton Drive and is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, managed by Mashpee Housing Authority. Located on a beautifully landscaped 6 acres, Asher’s Path is a lovely two-story building with an elevator which has 56 one-bedroom units. One small pet is allowed. Putting green, Community Garden, and shuffleboard available to all residents and their guests. Laundry facilities on site. Rent is $875 per month, including heat and hot water.

In partnership with Housing Assistance Corporation, Great Cove Community consists of ten units of affordable rental family units, with a mix of two and three-bedrooms. Eight of the ten units are subsidized by the Section 8 program and rents are calculated on household income.
